Use of service
AirQuote provides multi-trade quoting and contractor workflow software. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated estimates, pricing, taxes, labor, recommendations, and customer-facing output before relying on or sending them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
No guarantee of results
AirQuote does not guarantee revenue growth, quote acceptance rates, customer acquisition, uptime, uninterrupted access, or specific business outcomes.
User responsibility
- Review all quotes and estimates before sending them.
- Maintain accurate business pricing, labor rates, tax settings, and customer data.
- Use the software lawfully and responsibly.
- Maintain account and login security.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirQuote and Reaper Software LLC are not liable for lost revenue, incorrect estimates, customer disputes, missed opportunities, downtime, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
