Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellation, billing, and refund handling for AirQuote.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting support@airquoteapp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Billing Cycle

After cancellation, access may remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on payment processor and bank timing.

Failed Payments

Failed payments may result in warnings, limited access, or subscription cancellation if the account is not brought current.
